Doubles have equal addends. Connect each written fact to two equal groups, then use the facts in quick review. There are eleven doubles facts from 0 + 0 to 10 + 10, so a 12- or 20-question page intentionally repeats facts after covering the set.
Watch for this
Doubling means adding a number to itself, not adding 2. Compare 5 + 5 with 5 + 2 using counters.
